Gerry Devlin is Kinharvie´s Executive Director and is responsible for the effective functioning of the Kinharvie Institute. He is concerned with the care and development of our institute, including ensuring the quality of resources and services delivery. Gerry, a chartered accountant, was part of a major professional services firm before establishing his own practice in 1991 with a major focus on the not for profit sector. His experience is complemented by further studies and training in leadership, psychological tools for personal / organisational development, and counselling / supervision. He is an experienced individual and organisational facilitator with particular interests in leadership and organisational development.

Paul Cummings is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator as well as an organisational consultant providing services such as facilitation, interim management, cultural change, organisational reviews and strategic planning. Paul has worldwide experience as a facilitator and consultant and is a graduate from the International Organisations and Systems Development Programme delivered by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio, USA. In addition to possessing widespread experience of facilitating and training individuals and groups, Paul previously offered individual clinical work, graduating from GCU with an MSc (distinction) in counselling and supervision.

Christine Partridge is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator with a keen interest in leadership and the creative process, in particular how individuals, groups and organisations enable and hinder their potential. She has extensive experience of working with a large range of organisations, groups and people in the non-profit, voluntary and corporate sectors providing services such as facilitation, coaching, building team, cultural change, organisational reviews and strategic planning. She has a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and a doctorate in Immunology and spent several years in medical research before becoming involved in leading groups on expeditions. Prior to joining the Kinharvie Institute of Facilitation she ran a training and counselling organisation in Perth.

Ronnie McEwan is the Director of Organisational Facilitation at Kinharvie Institute. After voluntary work with the Samaritans he pursued his interest in psychology, which he continues to develop today in his work with organisations and groups. He has extensive clinical experience, which informs his work with people. His work includes training, facilitation, research, group work and external consultancy to groups and organisations. He has worked in a variety of community and organisational settings within the Public, Voluntary and Corporate Sectors. His passion is for organisations to reach their full potential by facilitating their people to give of their best and he sees facilitation as a means to achieving healthy organisations. A graduate in accountancy and mathematics, his post-graduate studies include psychology, organisational consultancy, group work, facilitation, counselling and supervision, social and public policy. Ronnie is also a life member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a Certified Professional Facilitator© (CPF©). He has worked throughout the UK and internationally in Europe and Africa, as a facilitator and organisational consultant.

Martin Pearson is a facilitator and coordinator of a recently established Community Facilitators’ Network and the Kinharvie Facilitation Network. He is particularly interested in the role of difference as a source of enrichment in our lives, as well as realising it can be one of the greatest obstacles. He has worked with difference and the conflict it generates at different levels. His experience includes international conflicts in the Middle East and East Asia. More recently, before joining Kinharvie Institute, he was facilitating dialogue between different cultural groups in Bradford. Martin has completed an MA in Conflict Resolution at Bradford University. During these studies he particularly focused on the growing cultural diversity in Britain and the role of dialogue at a community level, to create greater understanding and cooperation between different cultural groups.

Angela Ferrier is responsible for our Client Relations at Kinharvie Institute and is our first point of contact for the public. Angela has been part of the Kinharvie Institute Team for a number of years and therefore has extensive experience of our work. She is familiar to many of our clients and her warmth and sensitivity invaluable to our services. She has participated in our Counselling Skills programme and has a particular interest in care in the community.

Audrey MacNeill is an Administrative Assistant at Kinharvie Institute. The role involves assisting the facilitators in their work. Audrey is also the Administrator for the Facilitation Skills Programme. Audrey has a wide experience of administration work in a variety of organisations - within the education, public and private sectors.

Jennifer Sutherland provides professional services to Kinharvie Institute, assisting the Executive Director in the running of financial and related administrative matters of the Institute. Jennifer has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Strathclyde University Business School and has many years experience of the accountancy profession and the not-for-profit sector.
