What is the Community Facilitators’ Network?

The Network is an innovative project aimed at building and strengthening communities in Glasgow. The CFN aims to do this by developing and strengthening the facilitation skills of those working with communities throughout the city. Facilitation is concerned with the process and skills of enabling groups and communities to work more co-operatively and effectively together – skills essential for engaging and transforming communities.
