Coach Training - Now Open for Applications to Join 'Partnering For Change' Programme 2013

We are now receiving applications to join our Coach Training Programme, 'Partnering for Change' in September 2013.

The programme, delivered in partnership with The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland (GIC), is a  six-day event providing an outstanding learning opportunity for anyone seeking to develop, expand and enhance their coaching knowledge and skills and for those who aim to become a more effective coach.   

Participating in this six-day intensive coach training will: 

Develop your core skills and competencies as a coach
Increase your presence and ability to impact others 
Enhance your ability to observe and act with clarity & intention
Cultivate awareness of self and other 
Add a new and deeper dimension to your coaching approach based on Gestalt theory 
        and practice 
Build your confidence and ability to integrate coaching skills into your work and life 
Practice your coaching skills and receive feedback to identify and reinforce strengths 
        and key areas for development 

Participation in this programme qualifies for 42 ICF coach specific training hours. Attending this six-day programme offers eligibility (subject to certain requirements) to join the remaining three modules of the 2013 Gestalt Institute of Cleveland Coach Certificate programme in Cleveland, Ohio. This is an ICF accredited programme (ACTP) and also confers a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) designation when all requirements are met. Graduates are also eligible to become a Board Certified Coach.
