    INTRODUCTION - Mentor Coaching and the International Coach Federation (ICF)

    In order to apply for an ICF credential, you need to have been coached for a minimum of 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months by a qualified Mentor Coach who holds ICF certification at the same or higher level than that which you are applying for. 

    All Kinharvie coaches who deliver Mentor Coaching hold the PCC Credential.  Of the required 10 hours, up to 7 hours can be group mentor coaching (maximum 10 participants) and for the ACC Credential at least 3 hours must be one-to-one (1:1) mentor coaching.

    Kinharvie's Group Mentor Coaching

    Group Mentor coaching with Kinharvie focuses on being coached on your coaching skills and will contribute 7 hours to your requirements as you prepare for ICF ACC certification.

    Our Group Mentor Coaching Package includes 7 hours of group mentor coaching (3 x 150-minutes sessions (includes 10 min break).

    The Group Mentor Coaching Process

    The group sessions are organised on Skype so that two participants have the opportunity to coach 1 peer each. Each coach receives feedback from peers and the Kinharvie Mentor Coach.  Feedback is based on the ICF Core Competencies.

    Achieving the Required 10 Hours of  Mentor Coaching

    To achieve the 10 mentor coach hours required by the ICF, you will have to meet the requirement for at least 3 one-to-one sessions.  You can arrange this with one of our Mentor Coaches at Kinharvie and together with the Group Mentor Coaching, the minimum total costl would be:

    £400 (7 group hours) + £495 (3 x individual hours) = £895 (Charity rate)
    £600 (7 group hours + £750 (3 x individual hours) = £1350 (standard Rate)
