Develop Your Coaching Skills to Engage with People at a Deeper, Transformative Level

The Advanced Module is your opportunity to deepen and extend your practice as a Gestalt coach or someone using a coaching approach. In further developing your understanding of Gestalt theory, this module develops your capacity to facilitate meaningful and transformative encounters with others. This three-day programme is led by Alastair Callaghan, Paul Cummings, Ronnie McEwan and Chris Partridge; four accomplished trainers, who between them have over 90 years’ experience as coaches, trainers and facilitators

Experiential Learning

This highly experiential and participative training brings Gestalt theory to life. We adopt an appreciative and optimistic approach, blending both theory and practice. This provides a potent catalyst for developing your skill and knowledge, significantly enhancing your people skills.

Helping to create a powerful learning community, all trainers on this programme have a solid theoretical understanding of Gestalt theory and practice, are credentialed as Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and are Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).

Who is this programme for?

This Advanced module is for coaches, managers and leaders who wish to enhance their coaching skills as well as deepen their understanding of the Gestalt approach to coaching. It is expected participants will have completed Kinharvie’s Gestalt Coaching course or an equivalent coach training programme and have some understanding and experience of Gestalt theory.

Timing

This programme is delivered online each day between 9.30am and 5.30pm.

Accredited Training Hours

Kinharvie is a Level 1 ICF (International Coaching Federation) Accredited Coaching Education Provider and the combined Gestalt Coach Training - Foundation & Advanced Modules are approved for 66 Level 1 Coach Training Hours.

Participants who graduate from Kinharvie's full Level 1 accredited offering (by completing all 60+ credentialed coach training hours, 10 hours mentor coaching, and passing a final oral exam process at an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential level) will receive a Level 1 Completion Certificate. This certificate is a requirement for individuals wishing to apply for the ICF's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
