Reflective Living is a unique approach to personal and professional development tailored for young adults aged 18 to 25. Drawing inspiration from reflective practices in various professions, it aims to empower you through self-awareness and meaningful dialogue with peers.
In today's fast-paced world, uncertainties can be overwhelming. Reflective Living provides a space for you to explore your potential, clarify your values, and gain insights through engaging discussions. It's not about having all the answers; it's about creating a supportive community where everyone's journey matters.
In times of isolation and uncertainty, Reflective Living offers a sense of community. Share experiences, connect with peers, and build friendships with fellow group members who seek to understand your journey.
Reflective Living sessions, either in-person or virtual, run for 2 hours weekly. Guided by trained facilitators, each session focuses on a reflective prompt, encouraging open discussions. Engage in reflection, journaling, and share insights with your peers, creating a space for personal growth. We are conducting an initial pilot on the following basis:
Upon making a request to book a space on a Reflective Living programme you will be sent a joining questionnaire. The joining questionnaire will help us assess your suitability for the group. The main concern is ensuring participants are suited for the experience, with a focus on safeguarding young people.
To determine the effectiveness of Reflective Living, we ask that participants commit to complete an evaluation survey at the conclusion of the programme.
There are two options to choose in this pilot, either in-person at our premises in Glasgow's West End or online using Zoom.
