Reflective Living for Young Adults (aged 18-25) Online

A space for you to explore your potential, clarify your values, and gain insights through engaging discussions with fellow group members.

What is Reflective Living?

Reflective Living is all about helping young adults like you (aged 18-25) grow personally and professionally. It’s inspired by practices that help people think deeply about their lives. Through meaningful conversation with other members of your Reflective Living group, you will have a unique opportunity to boost your self-awareness and be encouraged to recognise and realise your potential.

Why Try Reflective Living?

Life can be full of uncertainty - it’s easy to feel lost and overwhelmed. Reflective Living offers a safe, welcoming space where you can figure out what is important to you, explore who you are, and chat with other young adults who are navigating similar questions and experiences. 

Reflective Living isn’t about finding all the answers— it’s about being part of a supportive group where everyone’s journey matters.

How Does It Work?

Reflective Living sessions are held once a week for two hours, online using Zoom. Guided by trained facilitators, each session focuses on a reflective prompt that encourages open discussion. You'll be invited to engage in a variety of reflective techniques, share insights, and co-create a life-giving space where you and your peers can grow together.

Here’s an overview of the Reflective Living program:

  • Duration: Five sessions, each lasting two hours.
  • Sequence: Three weeks of sessions, a one-week break, followed by another two weeks of sessions.
  • Formats: This programme will be delivered online using Zoom. To join the in-person format click here.
  • Group Size: Each group can have up to 12 participants.
  • Age Range: For individuals aged 18 to 25.
  • Focus: The main focus of Reflective Living is 'My Future, My Potential.' During conversation you might touch on past experiences that have hindered your progress, but this isn’t therapy or counseling.

Joining Process

Once you apply, you’ll be sent a questionnaire to see if the program is right for you. Our top priority is making sure everyone who joins is committed and a good fit, with a focus on keeping things safe and supportive.

We ask that you complete and return this questionnaire by Friday 11th October.

Evaluation

To determine the effectiveness of Reflective Living, we ask that you commit to complete an evaluation survey at the conclusion of the programme.

All sessions will be online from 11.00am-1.00pm.

  • Session Four – Monday 18th November
