Payment must be received 28 days before the date of a course. The course fee covers all facilitation, training materials and refreshments (when in-person) during the course.
A delegate can cancel a booking on a course or transfer onto another course offered by Kinharvie if we receive notification in writing of their change of plans 15 days or more before the start date of the original course. There will be a £25 administration fee to make this change.
If a delegate needs to cancel or transfer a booking of a course within 14 days of the start date of the original course, there will be a charge made of 50% of the standard course fee.
If we do not receive notification in writing before the event starts that a delegate would like to cancel or transfer their booking, 100% of the standard course fee remains payable.
For paid courses, we will charge a £25 administration fee if a suitable* substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original participant on the same course. Please inform our office of any change to an original booking by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Some programmes have minimum requirements for admission.
Taster session places are provided to individual named delegates.
If the named delegate registers for a taster session and then is unable to attend, the named delegate is required to notify us by email (email@example.com) as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer the free place to the next delegate on our waiting list. The named delegate is not at liberty to transfer their place to another delegate.
Any delegate registered on a taster session who cancels their place with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a £25 administration fee. The same administration fee applies to any delegate who fails to provide 48 hours notice' and does not attend the session.
