Increase your capacity to successfully apply essential people skills!

In a climate where leaders and managers are expected to do more with less, applying your coaching skills with expertise and confidence will help you and those you lead to better thrive, both personally and professionally. This successful six-day programme is led by Ronnie McEwanChris Partridge and Paul Cummings; three accomplished trainers, who between them have over 80 years experience as coaches, trainers and facilitators.

This highly experiential and participative training brings Gestalt theory to life.  We adopt an appreciative, process-

    Participant Experiences

The course pace did not feel fast, but t I learned a vast amount, particularly through the practice sessions.  I found Kinharvie's facilitators to be both challenging and supportive. Feedback and questioning by the facilitators (and the other participants), along with group discussion and reflection, helped me to process what I was learning and gain new a perspective. There was also time built in for reflection and journalling, which really helped me to embed what I had learned.
