If you’re a manager, it’s probably fair to say you’re someone who’s up for a challenge. We can help you with your management challenges and support you to realise more of your management potential. Just as importantly, we can help you achieve even more by helping you adopt a coaching approach that ensures your staff develop their potential too.
Traditional approaches to management involve command and control methods such as giving orders, setting targets and motivating staff with the use of carrots and sticks. Whilst this may have some success, it results in employees who are dependent on their manager and less inclined to provide their own solutions or take initiative. If you want to get the most from your staff, become a Coach Manager.
The Coach Manager employs a coaching approach in order to build an employee’s capacity. Such managers see the potential in staff and aim to release that potential. Adopting a coaching approach is highly empowering since it encourages staff to think for themselves. As such, staff are more motivated, more likely to solve their own problems and much more productive.
