This two-day Facilitative Manager training is aimed at you if you currently manage a team or organisation and you seek to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence as an effective manager by applying a more facilitative approach to managing others.

    • Managing Poor Performance


    By the end of the programme, you will have: 

    • Increased your confidence and impact as a facilitative manager 
    • Enhanced your competence and assurance in using a facilitative approach to managing people 
    • Increased your skills in managing people to maximise performance 
    • Reflected on your management practice and considered how you can enhance your effectiveness


    This programme is delivered online.
