First-time Manager Reflective Practice Sessions

A free, peer-supported reflective space for first-time Third Sector managers.

Reflective practice is the foundation of professional development. It will help you, as a First-time Manager, make sense of your experiences and turn new insights into practical strategies for your growth.

In each Peer Support & Reflective Practice session, you will have a safe, facilitated space to reflect on your management practice. You’ll be invited to share your stories and experiences, learn from others, and develop your confidence as a First-time Manager.

Sessions will be conversational, giving you the chance to explore your own interests and challenges alongside peers who are on a similar journey.
