By developing and using your coaching skills, you will increase your capacity to facilitate others to grow in self-awareness, confidence and effectiveness. Coaching provides you with a powerful set of skills, knowledge and understanding to equip you to support and develop people more effectively - especially through periods of change.
This successful six-day Foundation Module is led by Ronnie McEwan, Chris Partridge and Paul Cummings; three accomplished trainers, who between them have over 80 years’ experience as coaches, trainers and facilitators. Uniquely, all three have a solid theoretical understanding of Gestalt theory and practice, are credentialed as Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and are Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
This programme is accredited by the ICF for 42 Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH)
This highly experiential and participative training brings Gestalt theory to life. We adopt an appreciative and optimistic approach, blending both theory and practice. This provides a potent catalyst for developing your skill and knowledge, significantly enhancing your people skills.
The Foundation Module provides plenty of opportunities to practise your coaching skills and receive invaluable feedback from peers and our experienced trainers. This programme provides you with the resources and knowledge to make a significant difference in your performance as a coach, leader or manager.

The six-day Foundation Module is delivered over two months (2 x 3 days) to give you maximum opportunity to apply your skills and learning in your own context. The Programme Outline is available here. This programme is delivered in the English language. This programme is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates.
