Our Experts Facilitate Your Learning

This successful six-day Foundation Module is led by Alastair Callaghan, Paul Cummings, Ronnie McEwan and Chris Partridge; four accomplished trainers, who between them have over 90 years’ experience as coaches, trainers and facilitators.  Uniquely, all four have a solid theoretical understanding of Gestalt theory and practice, are credentialed as Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and are Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). 

Accredited Training Hours

Kinharvie is a Level 1 ICF (International Coaching Federation) Accredited Coaching Education Provider and the combined Gestalt Coach Training - Foundation & Advanced Modules are approved for 66 Level 1 Coach Training Hours.

Completion of this Foundation Module will provide participants with 42 Level 1 Coach Training Hours.

Participants who graduate from Kinharvie's full Level 1 accredited  offering (by completing 60+ coach training hours, 10 hours mentor coaching, and passing a final oral exam process at an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential level) will receive a Level 1 Completion Certificate. This certificate is a requirement for individuals wishing to apply for the ICF's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

Experiential Learning

This highly experiential and participative training brings Gestalt theory to life.  We adopt an appreciative and optimistic approach, blending both theory and practice.  This provides a potent catalyst for developing your skill and knowledge, significantly enhancing your people skills.

The Foundation Module provides plenty of opportunities to practise your coaching skills and receive invaluable feedback from peers and our experienced trainers.  This programme provides you with the resources and knowledge to make a significant difference in your performance as a coach, leader or manager.

Format

The six-day Foundation Module is delivered over two months (1 day for 3 consecutive weeks, 2 week break and a further 1 day for 3 consecutive weeks) to give you maximum opportunity to apply your skills and learning in your own context.  The Programme Outline is available here.
