Group Coaching Supervision (Online / discounted to £495 for charities)

Group Coaching Supervision for clarity and growth

Whether you’re a newly qualified coach or highly experienced, supervision is an essential support for your practice. Creating space to step back and reflect helps you deepen awareness of both your successes and challenges. In group supervision, you’ll be guided by an experienced Coach Supervisor and supported by peers to enrich your learning, gain fresh perspective, and enhance your impact as a coach.

Those providing coaching within a charitable setting qualify for the charity rate of £495.  To apply the charity discount use the following discount code at checkout: GCS-Charity

Kinharvie’s online Group Coaching Supervision programme offers you a dedicated space to pause, reflect and gain fresh perspective on your coaching practice.

Grounded in the theory and principles of the Gestalt approach, our coaching supervision cultivates awareness that enriches not only what you do as a coach, but also who you are and how you show up in practice. This, in turn, supports you to serve your clients with even greater presence, clarity, creativity, and confidence.

In a supportive group setting, you’ll bring real issues from your coaching work and explore these alongside peers. Reflective dialogue – including questions, observations and feedback from fellow participants and the Coach Supervisor – will provide fresh insights that deepen your learning and open new ways of engaging with clients. Coaching Supervision also provides assurance that you are drawing on best practice while upholding the ethics and boundaries of the coaching profession.

While our coaching supervision will particularly resonate with coaches trained in a Gestalt approach, the programme is open to coaches of all backgrounds: no prior Gestalt experience is needed to benefit.  The process will support you to enrich your practice whatever your orientation.

What You Can Expect
Across three sessions, you will:

  • Share and reflect on live issues from your coaching practice in a safe, confidential setting.
  • Gain new perspectives on challenges and opportunities by engaging with the diversity of the group, noticing both shared patterns and alternative approaches.
  • Strengthen your capacity to remain present, resourced, and effective in your client work.
  • Deepen your connection with your embodied presence by attending to thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations that emerge during supervision.

Timing

All sessions will be delivered online from 10.00am-12.30pm.

Who is this for?

This programme is open to coaches from all sectors who wish to enhance their professional practice and invest in their continued learning and development. It will particularly appeal to Gestalt-trained coaches who wish to continue growing within a familiar frame of reference, while remaining equally accessible and enriching for those from other coaching traditions.

Benefit from Joining a Community of Coaches

Coaching can sometimes feel like a solo profession. Group Coaching Supervision provides a sense of community and belonging, offering a safe space to reflect on both your successes and challenges. This collective process not only enriches your learning but also strengthens your resilience and capacity as a coach.

Apply Coaching Supervision Hours towards the ICF Re-Credentialing

ICF-accredited coaches can apply up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision towards the ICF Core Competencies Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements for re-credentialing.

Your Coach Supervisor

Group Coaching Supervision sessions will be led by Alastair Callaghan, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF). Alastair leads Kinharvie’s coach education programme and brings a firm grounding in Gestalt theory and practice, complemented by experience in Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling.
