Reflecting on practice is the foundation of professional development - Kinharvie's Insight Circles will help you, as a first-time manager, to make sense of your experiences and turn new insights into practical strategies for your growth.
In each Insight Circle, you will have a safe, facilitated space to reflect on your management practice. You’ll be invited to share your stories and experiences, learn from others, and develop your confidence as a first-time manager.
Sessions will be conversational, giving you the chance to explore your own interests and challenges alongside peers who are on a similar journey.
This programme is for any first-time manager in the Third Sector who has been in role for a minimum of 3 months.
To reflect on your experience as a first-time manager and turn your insights into practical strategies that strengthen your skills and support your personal and professional growth.

This programme is delivered in-person over three sessions running from 1000 - 1300.
Sessions will take place at Kinharvie, 49 Dowanhill Street, Glasgow G11 5HB.
