A peer-supported reflective practice space for Senior Managers and Leaders

Leadership can leave little space to pause and reflect. Kinharvie’s Insight Circles offer time to step back from the pace of work, notice what is really going on, and think more clearly about how you lead.

Each Insight Circle provides a relaxed, well-held space to reflect on your leadership practice with others who understand the realities of senior responsibility. You will be invited to bring live situations from your work, listen carefully to different perspectives, and discover fresh ways of responding to the real challenges you face.

Sessions are conversational yet purposefully structured, allowing ideas to emerge naturally. The emphasis is on presence, curiosity and practical insight, rather than on tools or techniques.

Who is this Programme for?

This programme is for Senior Managers and Leaders who hold significant responsibility for people, services or organisational direction. Participants are likely to be experienced in role and working in settings marked by complexity, change or uncertainty.

Times

The programme is delivered in three 3-hour sessions, from 10.00 to 13.00.

Purpose

To create space for thoughtful reflection on leadership practice, supporting participants to turn insight into grounded, workable ways of leading that feel both sustainable and true to their values.
