Leading a team brings a unique set of challenges. It involves balancing delivery with relationships, and shaping how people work together towards shared outcomes.
Insight Circles for Team Leaders offer space to step back from day-to-day demands and reflect on your experience of leading your team. This includes how you show up, how you create and sustain the conditions for team success, how your team responds, and how patterns in communication, accountability, and decision-making play out over time.
Each peer-supported Insight Circle provides a safe, facilitated space to explore real situations from your work. You will be invited to share your experiences, hear different perspectives, and develop fresh insight that supports you to lead your team with clearer intention.
Sessions are conversational yet structured, supporting you to make sense of your experience and identify practical ways of leading that feel effective, sustainable and aligned with your values and team context.
This programme is for Team Leaders who have responsibility for leading a team to achieve shared outcomes.
A team, in this context, is a small number of people (4-10) who are committed to a common purpose and shared objectives, who rely on working together to achieve these.
This differs from managing a broader function or department where work is more independent.
