A New Perspective on Organisations
Join us for an introduction to systems thinking and discover a new way of understanding organisations. Learn how seeing patterns, relationships and interdependence can help you better understand and strengthen the health of the systems you work in.
Free (subject to terms and conditions below).
Making Sense of Organisational Complexity
Many of us approach organisations as though they are machines, solving one problem at a time. Systems thinking offers a different perspective, helping us see organisations as interconnected systems and better understand why challenges persist, why change can have unintended consequences, and where opportunities for lasting improvement lie.
Why this taster session is for you
This two-hour online taster session is for managers and leaders who want to develop a new perspective on organisations and the challenges they face. Through an engaging practical and participative introduction to systems thinking, you'll explore its core principles and discover simple models and techniques that can help you better understand and respond to organisational complexity.

Terms and Conditions
Taster session places are provided to individual named delegates.
If the named delegate registers for a taster session and then is unable to attend, the named delegate is required to notify us by email here as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer the free place to the next delegate on our waiting list. The named delegate is not at liberty to transfer their place to another delegate.
Any delegate registered on a taster session who cancels their place with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a £25 administration fee. The same administration fee applies to any delegate who fails to provide 48 hours' notice and does not attend the session.
To ensure a diverse mix of organisations, we limit places to one per organisation.
