Online Consultations

These are unique times – making it even more important to listen to staff, customers and stakeholders.  

To consult is to listen.  Listening leads to learning.  We can help you involve staff and/or other stakeholders/customers in consultations and surveys so you can learn about their experience and needs.  You will be able to use the insights gained to develop policy and strategy.

Our facilitators can design bespoke questionnaires and/or interviews tailored to your specific needs. We can then analyse the findings, producing a summary report of the key themes emerging. Additionally, we can hold online focus groups as well as online town hall gatherings.
