The Advanced Module offers an opportunity to deepen and extend your practice as a Gestalt coach or someone using a coaching approach in your role. Building on the Foundation Module, this three-day programme develops your capacity to facilitate meaningful, transformative encounters with those you support.
Led by Alastair Callaghan and Paul Cummings, two accomplished trainers with over 45 years’ combined experience, the programme blends theory, practice, and reflection to help you bring your coaching to new levels of awareness and impact.
The Programme Outline is available here.
This highly experiential and participative training brings Gestalt theory to life. Through practical exploration, dialogue, and experimentation, you’ll integrate theory with lived experience; developing confidence and agility in your coaching.
Our trainers are credentialed as Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and as Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Together, they create a supportive, stimulating learning community that nurtures growth, authenticity, and skill.
As a participant on the Gestalt Coach Training - Advanced Module, you will:
"I am very grateful for how I have grown as a coach as a result of the Kinharvie Gestalt Coaching Training. I loved the Gestalt philosophy and really enjoyed the opportunities in the course to connect and share thoughts and experiences. The facilitators create a very safe and supportive environment to try out skills and experiment. This put me at ease, and the personal feedback really helped me grow in confidence. We even had time for some fun!"
"The training was really amazing, the skills of the trainers were constantly evident. It’s so rare to have genuinely experiential learning so smoothly and carefully delivered. It was a real privilege to be part of."
This Advanced module is for coaches, managers, leaders, and practitioners who wish to enhance their coaching skills and deepen their understanding of the Gestalt approach.
Participants are expected to have completed Kinharvie’s Gestalt Coach Training – Foundation Module or an equivalent coach training programme and to have some understanding and experience of Gestalt theory.
